I’m Rick Naqvi, and I'm the owner/engineer of Black Dog Recording Studio in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and play guitar in the funk band Phat Hat. I have been working for PreSonus for the past 14 years and am currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. I enjoy working with people that are passionate about music and audio. PreSonus Customer Support Manager Alex Faucheux is a graduate of Full Sail University and is a veteran Foley artist, creating sound effects for films. A member of the all-PreSonus employee band Fat Rocker, he plays bass, guitar, and harmonica.
Jonathan Hillman, Studio One Software Project Manager is a six year PreSonus veteran with a degree in music from LSU. A gigging musician when not immersed in the digital world, Jonathan is also a composer and arranger for the Baton Rouge Symphony.
An established guitarist, vocalist, engineer, and producer, PreSonus Product Specialist and Customer Support representative Justin Spence graduated from the SAE Institute of Technology, then worked as an instructor and supervisor at the New York and Nashville campuses of the school before joining PreSonus. In addition to his work with PreSonus, he owns and operates the All Audio mobile recording service in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and engineers projects at Alliance Recording Studios in Miami, Florida.

Thanks for the videos like this Rick. It really aids a lowly, inexperienced (when it comes to DSP) Music Minister like myself. In fact, it'd be great if you guys would put together a hands on instructional DVD for the features of the StudioLive. I'd be on it like white on rice. I've already absorbed and digested what has been posted so far. Great product! Kudos...
